Lawrence "Larry" Cecil Adler, born on February 10, 1914, and passed away on August 6, 2001, was a highly acclaimed American musician known for his exceptional harmonica playing abilities. He was considered one of the most proficient harmonica players globally. Renowned composers such as Ralph Vaughan Williams, Malcolm Arnold, Darius Milhaud, and Arthur Benjamin specifically created compositions for him. In the later years of his career, Adler gained recognition for his collaborative work with famous musicians like Sting, Elton John, Kate Bush, and Cerys Matthews.
