John Scott Trotter, also known as Uncle John, was an American conductor, composer, and arranger. He was most famous for leading the John Scott Trotter Orchestra, which accompanied singer Bing Crosby on both his recordings and radio shows from 1937 to 1954. Additionally, Trotter collaborated with Vince Guaraldi, providing scores for the early Peanuts cartoons.
