Biography

Katy B, born Kathleen Anne Brien on 8 May 1989, is a well-known English singer-songwriter. She attended the BRIT School and later graduated with a degree in Popular Music from Goldsmiths, University of London. Katy B specializes in genres such as dubstep, R&B, funky, house, and UK garage. In 2010, she made her debut with the single released under the label Rinse. Additionally, she has also performed under the stage name Baby Katy. Her talent was recognized in 2011 when she received a nomination for the prestigious Mercury Prize.
