Jonathan Arthur DeBarge, who is commonly known as Chico, was born on June 23, 1966, in Detroit, Michigan. He is an R&B singer from the United States and is also the younger brother of the DeBarge siblings, who are famously known for their involvement in the Motown family act. While his siblings typically sing in the falsetto range, Chico stands out as the sole male DeBarge member who sings in the tenor range.
