Bucks Fizz, an English pop group, rose to fame in the 1980s, particularly for their victory at the 1981 Eurovision Song Contest with the hit song "Making Your Mind Up". The group, consisting of Bobby G, Cheryl Baker, Mike Nolan, and Jay Aston, was specifically formed in January 1981 for the contest. Their performance, which featured a skirt-rip dance routine and the gimmick of all members being blond, attracted immediate attention. Although mostly overlooked in the United States, the group enjoyed a successful career worldwide, with the UK being their primary market. They achieved three No.1 singles and became one of the top-selling groups of the 1980s in the UK. Some of their other well-known songs include "The Land of Make Believe" and "My Camera Never Lies". Overall, Bucks Fizz has sold over 15 million records worldwide.
