Kuami Eugene, born Eugene Kwame Marfo on 1 February 1997, is a Ghanaian singer-songwriter known for his high-life and afrobeat music. He is signed to Lynx Entertainment and has gained popularity with hit songs like "Angela", "Wish Me Well", and "Ohemaa". Kuami Eugene has received several awards throughout his career, including the New Artist awards at the 2018 Ghana Music Awards and Ghana Music Awards UK, as well as the Most Promising Artist in Africa award from AFRIMA. In 2019, he received 7 nominations at the Ghana Music Awards, winning for Album of the Year, Producer of the Year, and Highlife Artist of the Year. He was also named Artist of the Year and High-life Artist of the Year at the 2020 Ghana Music Awards.
