Jack Smalley, an accomplished American composer, orchestrator, and film and television scoring teacher, has a diverse background in the music industry. Initially known as a skilled jazz bassist, Smalley transitioned into composing music for television, notably contributing to popular shows like Charlie's Angels and Murder, She Wrote. Throughout the 1980s, he established himself as a respected educator at the Grove School of Music and later at the University of Southern California.
