Claude Antoine Marie François, born on February 1, 1939, and passed away on March 11, 1978, was a prominent French pop singer, songwriter, and dancer. He was widely known as Claude François, and affectionately called Cloclo. Francois was notable for writing and composing various notable songs, including "Comme d'habitude," which served as the original version of "My Way," and "Parce que je t'aime mon enfant," the original version of "My Boy." Among his most famous songs are "Le lundi au soleil," "Magnolias for ever," and "Alexandrie Alexandra."
